Service Support PinkVerifyTM recognises, through a licensed logo, a product”s compatibility with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, the worldwide standard of industry best practice for information technology service management.
Sostenuto ITSM 2006 was not only recognised as ITIL compatible, but it was awarded the very highest level of certification that can be achieved by any vendor: ‘ITIL Service Support Enhanced. This means that the software was given the thumbs up not only on the basic processes of Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management but also on the maximum number of additional processes that can be verified, including Availability, Release and Service Level Management.
