Sostenuto ITSM3 User Training
The Sostenuto ITSM3 User Training course is a two day course designed to meet the needs of both support management and staff who use Sostenuto on a day-to-day basis and thus require detailed knowledge of the service desk.
Upon completion of the course delegates will have working knowledge of Sostenuto as a user.
There are no pre-requisites to participate in this course
